ProScoutAIQ is a product of Brincore LLC, a US-based, founder-led software company. We exist to give baseball scouts at every level a modern, AI-native workspace they actually own.

The story.

ProScoutAIQ started with a frustration shared by every independent scout we talked to: the modern tooling for scouting is either an unstructured spreadsheet, a showcase-event app that doesn't fit season-long evaluation, or a proprietary club system you'll never have access to. Nothing was built for how scouts actually work.

The deeper we looked, the clearer it became that the same gap exists at every level — from a freelance area scout, to a JUCO program running a recruiting pipeline, to an MLB front office trying to capture the unstructured data its internal system can't hold. Same gap. Same workflow. Same need for AI assistance with hard guardrails.

We're building one workspace that adapts to all three. AI that assists, never invents. Data that scouts and organizations own. Reports that look as polished as anything coming out of a Major League scouting department.

What we hold non-negotiable.

Scouts own their data

Every observation, note, grade, and report belongs to the scout or organization that created it. We never sell scout data. We never train AI models on your evaluations. Period.

AI assists. It does not invent.

Seven non-negotiable guardrails are wired into every prompt. The product will refuse to fabricate a velocity, a grade, or a medical claim. You stay in the loop. The model stays in its lane.

Bilingual from v1

Baseball is a bilingual game and the scouting world is bilingual along with it. English and Spanish are not afterthoughts — AI output ships in both from day one.

Mobile-first, ballpark-tolerant

This is a tool used standing behind home plate in bad cell service. Voice is the primary input. The interface assumes one hand on a radar gun.

Pinned model versions

AI models change. Reports written today need to be reproducible tomorrow. Every AI output records model_id, prompt_version, and provenance — so your work is auditable, forever.
