For organizations and front offices

A pilot, not a free trial.

We scope pilots per organization rather than selling seats, because a JUCO program running four evaluators and a front office running forty are not the same problem. A pilot is a fixed window with criteria we agree on first and measure at the end — so both of us find out something real.

What it involves

Both sides commit something.

A pilot where only one party has obligations is a trial, and a trial tells you whether people liked the software rather than whether it changed how the work goes.

You bring

People
A small group of evaluators and one person who owns the decision at the end.
Time
A kickoff to set success criteria, a midpoint check, and a review at the end.
Data
Whatever you choose to load. Many organizations run on our seeded data and never load their own.
IT
Nothing. It runs on our infrastructure — there is no deployment on your side.

We bring

Setup
Your organization, roles and evaluation standards configured before day one.
Success criteria
Defined jointly at kickoff and measured at the end, so the outcome is not a matter of opinion.
Access
Direct line to the person building it. There is no support tier between you and the product.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA. We see no proprietary data unless you deliberately load it.

How it runs

Four stages, and a real decision at the end.

  1. 01

    Before kickoff

We configure your organization — your roles, your reporting hierarchy, the metrics your staff actually records. You decide whether to load your own players or evaluate against seeded ones.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

We agree what success looks like and write it down. Usually time saved per report, coverage of a territory, or whether directors trust the consensus grades enough to act on them.

  3. 03

    The window

Your scouts use it on real looks. We watch what breaks and fix it inside the window rather than logging it for later.

  4. 04

    The review

We measure against the criteria set at kickoff and you make a go/no-go call. A no is a real outcome and we would rather have it early than talk you into a year you regret.

Before you commit

Things you can verify rather than take on trust.

We would rather you check these than believe them. Ask in the first call and we will show you.

Nothing is invented

The AI never assigns a grade or a measurement your scout did not record. Every generated report is labelled as a draft, needs approval before it leaves the building, and stores which observations it was built from.

Your data stays yours

Tenant isolation is enforced in the database rather than the interface, every read and export is logged, and CSV export means your evaluations leave with you if the pilot ends in a no.

It is tested where it matters

A 40-check security regression suite runs against every change, covering tenant isolation, permissions and the anonymous attack surface. We will walk you through it.

The first conversation is a conversation.

Not a demo script. Tell us how your staff works now and where it costs you, and we will tell you honestly whether this helps — including when the answer is that it does not yet.
